Click & Collect at Wickes
Your Click & Collect order will usually be available to collect within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Occasionally this could take a little longer (particularly if your order contains Big & Bulky items) so please ensure that you have received confirmation via email or SMS that your order is ready before visiting your local store to collect.
Click & Collect orders can be placed and collected every day. Orders can be collected from your local store in line with their opening hours. Click & Collect orders will be held for a maximum of 48 hours.
If your order includes an age restricted product you will be required to show ID (instructions will be given when you arrive at the store).

Simply head over to the Click & Collect point and follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email.
In selected stores our colleagues will bring your Click & Collect order straight to your vehicle.
Simply park in the designated bay as specified in your confirmation email.
